This product is based on the purification method of high-binding magnetic particles. The sample is lysed and digested under the action of the binding solution, and the DNA/RNA is released into the digestion solution. After adding the magnetic particles and the binding solution, the DNA/RNA will be adsorbed on the surface of the magnetic particles, while impurities such as proteins will not be adsorbed and removed. The particles adsorbed DNA/RNA is washed with a washing solution to remove proteins and impurities, and finally, DNA/RNA is eluted by the eluent NFW/AVE.
Features
The Kit carries superparamagnetic nanoparticles which are effectively sure to nucleic acids and a protected and eco-friendly extraction system.
The magnetic beads are covered thru a special process, enabling sturdy binding with nucleic acids and convenient elution.
The experimental manner is easy and efficient:
1) Following pretreatment, add a pattern to a lysis-binding buffer to allow phone lysis, RNA launch, and RNA binding to magnetic beads in one step;
2) Apply magnetic pressure enabling handy wash of the beads with buffers;
3) Elution of RNA from the beads with the use of water or TE buffer. The extraction manner is completely well-matched with automation.
Purified RNA can be at once used in a range of downstream experiments, which include PCR, gene sequencing library construction, etc.
